  I used to love this place, was a great place to grab some great vegetarian/vegan food that was full of flavor and didn't feel too heavy. So the last few times my fiance and I had been there, the prices were higher, the quality was lower, and the service was awful. The potstickers appetizer we order felt unimaginative and tasted very bland. It then took 30-40 min to get our entrées, after watching people who arrived after us receiving theirs first. When they did finally arrive, they were tepid. The sweet potatoe fries were limp from sitting, the blind faith burger was dry, and her bowl was just not good. So, after eating what we could stomach, we waited close to an hour for our check, or for our waiter to check on us. Oh, the kicker? They were not busy, just lazy and/or unorganized and the manager seemed annoyed that we complained about our experience, acted like we somehow were interrupting his social time to let him know of some of the issues we had encountered at his restaurant. Decided after that to never return to the restaurant, as there are better, cheaper, friendlier options not too far away and well worth the extra car time to avoid bf at any cost. Amazingly, I did order the burger once since through some delivery service and it was at my door in less than 10 mins - which is about how long it takes to drive from there to here..... suspicion began to sink in. The burger I received was frozenish in the middle, fries were nuked, and it became evident that they were either premade and frozen, or just frozen premade foods. Tested my theory, bought a bunch of different frozen veg burgers, Dr. Praeger was close, but qrunch burgers were spot on, they were the bf burger. The kicker? I didn't have to pay $13 to have one, I paid $5 or $6 bucks for four premade frozen burgers. Blind faith has gone downhill in a major way, and their letting their customers down and their reputation flounder to the point of no return.
