  Great chocolate and lots of variety. I really like the barks they have and chocolate dipped fruits. The staff is nice and helpful too. Good spot all around.

  Superb chocolate. Friendly service. When things get busy, they could use some better processes. Walk in, and you could be in for a wait. Call in, and you'll be told they will "try" to have the box ready, but no promises.
  
  I totally understand the staff feeling overwhelmed, and don't blame them one bit. I think management should consider a way to take orders like that in a way that doesn't make a customer just show up and see whether it's ready, and doesn't make each staff member have to make impossible estimates or just tell customers "maybe."
  
  But that's the only downside. Best chocolates in the Chicago area, IMO, and friendly people.
